Introductory Psychological Exam

These are the questions Jevon will ask upon performing an initial psychological exam on a new recruit. Asterisks indicate necessary follow-up questions if he thinks more information is required.

1. Do you have any physical problems that you are concerned about, seeing a doctor about, or taking medications for?

11. Are you uncomfortable in social situations, like being in groups or meeting people for the first time?

12. Are you aware of being afraid or fearful of anything specific?
